Class & Club News:
CHS DRAMA – IN THE HEIGHTS, NOV. 28 – DEC. 1, 4TH AND 8TH. Tickets on sale now children/students – $8, $10 adults, $25 for a family of 4. Doors open at 6:15pm, show starts at 7:00pm. Free school bus service from Huron to Coalinga for students and families. Bus leaves HMS Main office parking lot, at 5:45pm, Wednesday, December 5. Bus will leave 10 minutes after performance.
Wednesday Dec. 12th, come see HMS/CMS/CHS Winter Music performance at CHS Auditorium. Free school bus service from Huron to Coalinga for students and families. Bus leaves HMS Main Office parking lot, at 5:45pm, Wednesday, Dec. 12 arriving approximately at 6:15pm. Return ride back to HMS, leaving 10 minutes after the performance.
Join the After School Program to help make Holiday Cards for hospitalized children. Wednesday, Dec. 5 in room 8. Get in the holiday spirit and earn some community service hours.
The Book Fair is here! It will be at our school today through Dec. 7th. Visit the CHS library and check out our enchanted forest! There are so many books to choose from as well as posters, school supplies and stocking stuffers. Attention Students: every day of the book fair there will be a little gnome hidden somewhere on campus. If you spot him, bring him to the library for a prize!
Ring delivery at 12:30 in the library on Dec. 7th.
Toads don’t forget to wear college, career, or military gear on Wednesdays. Go Wednesdays!
If you are interested in the military after high school. Sign-up in the counseling office to speak to a representative.
Students who ride the bus to and from CHS must have a student ID in hand to board the bus. ID’s must be out and available for drivers to read. If you do not have a current school ID, please see Mrs. Vasquez in the 9th grade counseling office to purchase a new ID. As of January 7th, NO ID NO BUS RIDE.
