CLASS & CLUB NEWS

Students we will not be accepting Valentines on Friday.  

Congratulations to everyone who qualified for CSF this semester!  A membership list will be posted on Mr. Yeager’s door by Friday morning, and there will be a mandatory meeting Friday at 12:50 in room N302.

This upcoming week, Feb. 18th through 21st is National FFA Week.  Every FFA chapter in the nation celebrates this occasion, and we would like to get our school involved.  Coalinga FFA is hosting dress up days starting next Tuesday! 

Tuesday – “yee-Haw Day” – Dress like a Cowboy.

Wednesday – “Blue and Gold Day” FFA Colors.

Thursday – “Dress as your Favorite Teacher Day”

Friday – “Future Career Day” Future occupation/career choice.

Look out for some games and FREE Snow Cones on Wednesday at lunch, starting at 1:15.

Class of 2020 Seniors if you would like to be featured in our senior year wrap up video please send appropriate short videos 95-10 seconds) and pictures from Senior year and or past years.  (ex/high school, middle school) that you feel comfortable sharing. You may only submit five entries (this includes videos

graduating high school?  Sign up in the counseling office to speak with a representative.  

Wednesdays will be WEAR WILL YOU GO WEDNESDAYS, staff and students are encouraged to wear college, military, or career attire.

STUDENTS YOU HAVE 5 MINUTES TO GET TO THE BUS AFTER SCHOOL, THE BUSES WILL BE LEAVING RIGHT AT 3:15, SO IF YOU ARE NOT ON YOUR BUS AT THAT TIME YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR 5:15 BUS.  YOU WILL NEED TO 

STAY IN ONE OF THE AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM CLASSES AND GET A BUS PASS TO RIDE THE 5:15 BUS.  

STUDENTS; BE SURE TO THROW YOUR TRASH AWAY BOTH ON CAMPUS AND OFF CAMPUS. WE ALL NEED TO DO OUR PART TO KEEP OUR CAMPUS AND OUR COMMUNITY LOOKING ITS BEST!

SPORTS NEWS

Athletes, if you are wanting a clearance for Spring Sports, please sign up on the yellow notepad on the counter in the 9th grade office to transfer over to a new sport.  Or, turn in your clearance paperwork in the basket and your clearance will be ready after school the same day.  

If you do not come in the morning, it will not be ready until the next day.  Thank you

Baseball practices have begun (JV/Varsity) 3:30 Monday thru Friday @ varsity field. Mandatory unless in winter sports!
