CLASS & CLUB NEWS

If you need to complete your required volunteer hours, both Coalinga and Huron libraries’ offer Community Service hours.  All that is required is to fill out a Volunteer Application/Community Service form. Have either parent/guardian sign the form and return the application to either branch.  For more information, call the Coalinga District Library at 559-935-1676 or the Huron Branch Library at 559-945-2284.

Do you set high academic goals for yourself?  Do you want to show your future college how service-minded you are?  Apply for CSF! Pick up an application in the main office or in North Wing 302.  Applications are due to Mr. Yeager at lunch or After School only. The last day to turn in applications is Tuesday, February 11th!

Seniors will take their panoramic picture today during 5th period.  Please check into 5th period and then report to the track. Seniors, please wear your senior sweatshirt, or senior shirt or a black shirt.

Are you interested in the military, after 

graduating high school?  Sign up in the counseling office to speak with a representative.  

Wednesdays will be WEAR WILL YOU GO WEDNESDAYS, staff and students are encouraged to wear college, military, or career attire.

Students, who have been out on contract, please bring in your graded contract work to the attendance office to be credited for the dates that you were out of school.

STUDENTS YOU HAVE 5 MINUTES TO GET TO THE BUS AFTER SCHOOL, THE BUSES WILL BE LEAVING RIGHT AT 3:15, SO IF YOU ARE NOT ON YOUR BUS AT THAT TIME YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR 5:15 BUS.  YOU WILL NEED TO STAY IN ONE OF THE AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM CLASSES AND GET A BUS PASS TO RIDE THE 5:15 BUS.  

STUDENTS; BE SURE TO THROW YOUR TRASH AWAY BOTH ON CAMPUS AND OFF CAMPUS. WE ALL NEED TO DO OUR PART TO KEEP OUR CAMPUS AND OUR COMMUNITY LOOKING ITS BEST!

SPORTS NEWS

Baseball practices have begun (JV/Varsity) 3:30 Monday thru Friday @ varsity field. Mandatory unless in winter sports!

Softball workouts have begun on the Varsity softball field at 3:30.  If you would like to participate, you must have a clearance. Tryouts have begun.  If you are currently in a winter sport, you will try out after your season ends. Contact Coach Brazelton if you have any questions or concerns.
