CHS Travel club is taking a trip of a lifetime.  Next summer (July 2020), you have an opportunity to travel to Italy for 11 days.  We’ll have an informational meeting in the next couple weeks!!  If you have questions see Mrs. Bonilla in room N310.

The CHS library is celebrating Banned Books Week this week.  Stop by to check out our banned books display and see if any of your favorite books are among those challenged or banned recently in schools and public libraries across America.  Celebrate your freedom to read by picking up a book today!

SUMMER 2019 Parents and students, come learn more about Mr. Jennings’ upcoming trip!  Attend his meeting on October 9th, 6PM in his room to learn more: East Wing 200 at Coalinga High School.

 

Counselors Corner:

The Career Tech Expo is coming up again!  We will be taking a bus of students to Fresno on Oct. 17th. If you are interested in attending sign up in the Counseling Office.

Have you ever thought about a career in the Military?  Sign up in the Counseling office to meet with a representative.

Every Wednesday wear college, career, or military clothes to show your support for Wear Will You Go Wednesdays!  Throughout the year, there will be various contests and prizes, so participation counts.  Your 5th period teacher will keep track.
